1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Closers.net ("Closers," "we," "us," or "our"), a free SDR/BDR certification website. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What Closers is
Closers provides free, public educational content — lessons, scripts, templates, glossary entries, and calculators — covering the B2B sales career, from the entry-level roles (SDR and BDR) up through the Account Executive, the role that owns and closes the deal. It also offers quizzes, certification exams for each track, and, if you pass, a public certificate and closer profile. Closers is not a job board, an applicant tracking system, a staffing agency, or an employment service.
3. Content is educational, not a guarantee
All lessons, salary figures, scripts, and career guidance are provided for educational purposes only. Nothing on this site is a promise of employment, compensation, or career outcomes. Salary and market figures are sourced from public data, dated on each page, and may change; they are estimates, not offers or guarantees. You are responsible for how you use the information.
4. The certification
Passing the certification exam confirms that you demonstrated knowledge of the curriculum as we define it. It is not a professional licence, and it does not certify you to provide any regulated service. Closers may require an account to take the exam, and may set rules to keep the exam fair, including limiting how often it may be retaken.
5. Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything done with them. You agree to provide accurate information and not to create accounts for fraudulent purposes. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms. By creating an account, you agree that we may email you about Closers, including product updates, promotions, offers, and sales; you can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in those emails or by contacting us, though you may still receive essential service messages about your account.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site for any unlawful purpose;
- attempt to access, retrieve, or infer the answers to exam questions through technical means (for example, by reading our servers' responses beyond what the site is designed to provide);
- automate scraping of the site in a way that degrades service for others;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent a certificate or profile as your own.
7. Intellectual property
The lessons, scripts, templates, and other original content on Closers are our property or are used with permission. You may read, copy, and use the free scripts and templates for your own personal and professional use. You may not republish the curriculum wholesale or resell it as your own.
8. Third-party content and links
The site may link to third-party websites (such as the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites. Pages that cite numbers include a dated source so you can verify them.
9. No warranties; limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Closers is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. This includes any decision you make about your job search or career based on the content.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to any part of the site, including your account, if you breach these Terms or if we believe doing so is necessary to protect the integrity of the exam, the certificates, or other users.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make a material change, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised Terms. We may also change, add to, or withdraw the services we offer — including introducing new features, paid products or services, or partnerships with third parties — at any time. Nothing on this site is a promise that Closers will always be free.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country and state in which Closers operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
